After graduating from Liceo Italiano IMI, Elif completed her Bachelor degree in Psychology at Bahçeşehir University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences in 2019. In 2020, she was accepted on to the Gedik University Social Sciences Institute Clinical Psychology Master’s program.
Along with the training she received in the field of Clinical Psychology, she also completed the ICF-ACSTH Accredited International Professional Expert Coaching Training. As well as individual psychotherapy, according to the needs of individuals and organizations she conducts a combination of clinical psychology and coaching skills, Elif carries out studies on subjects such asorganizational training and skill development, organizational culture adaptation, behavioral change and resistance to change, creating social impact, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3, 8 and 10).
